摘要
本文采用60%乙醇对从银杏叶中提取银杏黄酮的工艺进行了研究,得到了最佳工艺条件:过大孔吸附柱、80%乙醇洗脱,用萃取液A和B进行纯化,经真空干燥得产品,在最佳工艺条件下得到的银杏黄酮含量大于26%,内酯含量大于6%。同时对银杏叶饮料工业化生产主要工序及其工艺参数进行了研究,制定了成品质量技术指标,对银杏叶饮料工业生产具有指导作用。
This paper is concerned with the technique of extracting flavone from leaves of Ginkgo biboba L. with 60% ethanol. And the optimum operation is gained. Under the optimum technological conditions, the content of the flavone in the produce is above 26% and of the Ginkgolide A B C is above 6%. A series of processes such as selection of the fresh leaf, toasting, smashing, extraction, debitterizing, adjusting, filing, sealing, sterilization and formulates production procedure and optimum parameters were discussed
