摘要
本文对３２例住院慢性精神分裂症病人进行了旨在教授有效的社会技能的治疗，总结一套系统的社会技能训练（ＳＳＴ）方法，经过多维临床检验，ＳＳＴ对病员减轻阴性症状，改善社会交往技能，提高适应性的自信水平等方面有一定效果。文中分析了产生疗效的原因以及进一步提高疗效的办法。
Social skills training (SST) was conducted in a group of 32 chronic schizophrenic inpatients to train them appropriate interpersonal skills. SST proceeded in a structured fashion and the courses of it were 15 weeks. It showed that 59.4% subjects made good progress, whereas 18.8% subjects failed to change. And as the multiple-dimensional clinical assessments indicated, SST was effective in treating negative symptoms. enhancing social functioning and improving overall assertiveness. Some discussions about the critical factors contributing to the outcome, and further methods to improve the therapeutical efficacy have been made.
