摘要
为探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者(简称慢乙肝)舌苔厚薄与病情程度、中医证型、舌象其他方面特点的关系,根据中医诊断学舌诊内容制定舌象观察表,对112例慢乙肝患者进行辨证,并对其舌质的颜色、荣枯、老嫩、胖瘦、及舌苔的厚薄、润燥、腻腐、剥落、颜色等内容进行观察记录。结果:不同舌苔厚薄组的病情程度、证型及舌质荣枯、老嫩、胖瘦、苔色、剥苔的分布均有显著性差异。结论:舌苔厚薄是反映慢乙肝病情进展程度的指标,亦是临床辨证的重要指标。
To explore the relation between tongue fur thickness and disea se seriousness, syndrome, other traits of tongue in chronic hepatitis B,the pat ients' tongue were photographed by Olympus digital camera. Tongue traits were r ecorded by professional according to the tongue interrogation. Spss For Windows 11.5 were taken. Results showed that tongue fur thickness indicated not only dis ease seriousness, but also TCM syndrome, there is nearly relation between tongue fur thickness and other traits of tongue. It is indicated that pathologic meani ng of one aspect of tongue should be comprehended from the whole tongue.
