摘要
本文介绍了都江堰灌区用水者协会的发展状况,通过比较用水者协会在建设规模、机构设置、灌区管理、协会运营等方面的异同点,分析用水者协会自成立以来的成效和不足,提出都江堰灌区进一步深化和推广用水者协会的改革建议。
This paper introduces the evolution of the Water Users Association (WUA) of Dujiangyan Irrigation District. Analysis was made on several aspects, such as, the scale of the association, management of irrigation district, frame and operation of Dujiangyan WUA, ect. The authors also discussed achievements and shortages of WUA and put forward some suggestions for improving and popularizing the association.
