摘要
丙烷脒是一新发现的杀菌剂,具有高效、低毒、作用机理独特等特点。以番茄灰霉病菌和白菜黑斑病菌等植物病原菌作为供试生物,用抑制菌丝生长速率法测定了合成的9个丙烷脒类似物的抑菌活性。结果表明:在供试浓度为10mg/L时,化合物A1~A5对番茄灰霉病菌、白菜黑斑病菌、苹果干腐病菌和烟草赤星病菌菌丝生长抑制率均在80%以上;化合物B5对小麦纹枯病菌菌丝生长抑制率为82.2%,值得进一步研究。
Propamidine, as a novel fungicide in agriculture, has many characters, such as, high-efficacity, low-toxicity and peculiar acting mechanism. The preliminary bioassays of them showed that some compounds had fungicidal activities to Beotrytis cinerea and Alternaria brassicae with the concentration of 10 mg/L in vitro. Compound A_1~A_5 presented the inhibitory ratio of over 80% to B. cinerea?Fulvia fulva?A.solani and A.brassicae; compound B_5 gave 82.2% to Ceratobasidium cornigerum.
