摘要
针对目前国内聚氯乙烯焊接设备存在的主要问题,对其机械结构和电控部分进行了优化和改进,提高了焊接设备的自动化程度,降低操作的劳动强度,增加了管线系统焊接的可靠性和安全性。
To counter the key problems of welder for PE at home, the structure and electric control system of the welder were optimized and improved, resulted in improvement of the automation of the welder system, decrease of labour intensity and increase of the reliability and safety of the welding for pipes.
