摘要
软技术作为一种限制操作者行为的规则体系,对操作效率产生了影响。本文认为在无经验转移、有经验转移、软技术转移三种条件下,操作效率变化是不同的;并给出了变化曲线。同时,还通过实验测试了有经验转移、软技术转移两种情况下,软技术对操作效率的影响。本文认为,在软技术的作用下,操作者提高了效率,操作稳定性也增加了。
Soft-technology is a rule system that limited operator’s behavior, influence operational efficiency. This paper put forward 3 kinds of efficiency curve of non-experience transfer, experience transfer and soft-technology transfer, validated the effect of experience transfer and soft-technology transfer to operational efficiency by experiment, draw a conclusion, that is both operational efficiency and it’s stability increased by soft-technology.
