摘要
由于IMASO11子模件欠缺抗干扰的设计, 致使其输出回路受干扰时控制输出信号会出错。为此, 阐述了IMASO11子模件输出回路的工作原理, 并结合实例, 对共模干扰信号使电路输出产生误差的现象进行了分析, 给出了隔离干扰的方法, 即在IMASO11子模件输出通道与执行机构的指令输入通道之间接入光电隔离器。最后指出, 在工业控制仪表和设备的设计中, 抗干扰是必须着重考虑的因素。
The control output signal of IMASO11submodule will fail under interference because of the lack of anti-interference design in the submodule.In this paper, the working principle of IMASO11 submodule output circuit is expounded,and an instance is cited for analyzing the output error caused by common-mode disturbance signal.The use of a photoisolator between the output channel of IMASO11 submodule and the instruction input channel of the actuator is suggested to isolate the interference.It is finally indicated that great attention should be paid to interference prevention in the design of industrial control instruments and equipments.
