摘要
目的 探讨江西省洪灾后应重点防控的传染病。方法 对江西省195 0～2 0 0 2年与洪灾有关的重要传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果 建国以来,江西省通过采取综合防制措施,与洪灾有关的重要传染病发病率逐年下降,目前大多数传染病的发病已控制在较低水平,但传染源仍广泛存在,洪灾期间易产生有利于疾病流行的隐患和条件。结论 江西省洪灾期间传染性疾病预防控制的重点应主要针对消化道传染病、自然疫源性疾病和某些虫媒传染病。
Objective To study the possible emerging communicable dis eases during and after flooding in Jiangxi province.Methods Morbidity data of some notifiable communicable di seases with flooding from 1950 to 2002 were collected and analyzed in Jiangxi p rovince.Results From 1950 to 2000,the incidence of the most commu nicable diseases with flooding descended year by year and were controlled at a very low level.Conclusion Although the incidence rates of the most infec tiou s diseases with flooding were very low,some diseases,such as digestive tract,ant hropod and vector-borne infectious diseases were the main diseases which should be prevented and controlled during and after flooding in Jiangxi.
