摘要
对如何获取循证医学资源进行介绍,在论述循证医学和文献检索关系的同时,提出医学文献检索服务及教学应积极参与循证医学实践,从服务的内容、层次、教学的方式、对象、内容等方面进行扩展,以适应现代临床医学发展的新趋势。
This paper introduces howto acquire the resource of the evidence-based medicine(EBM).It expound the relation between medical literature retrieval(MLR)and evidence-based medicine and points out that the service of MLR and the teaching should take an active part in the practice of EBM.To adapt themselves to the development trend of modern clinical medicine,the contents and levels of the service as well as the teaching objectives and contents should be extended and expanded.
