摘要
阐述了工程风险的概念,从工程风险的特点和成因两个方面进行探讨,并分析了参与工程建设各方可能面临的风险,指出应加强工程风险管理,以提高企业效益。
The concept of project risk is introduced and di scussed from two aspects: feature and origin. The potential risks faced by parti cipators in construction process are analyzed. In the end author emphasized that project risk management should be strengthened.
