胃癌中hMLH1、hMSH2和增殖细胞核抗原表达的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究hMLH1、hMSH2和增殖细胞核抗原(proliferationcellnuclearantigen,PCNA)在胃癌及正常胃组织中的表达,探讨其与临床病理学特征的关系。方法利用免疫组织化学法检测98例胃癌组织及20例正常胃组织的hMLH1、hMSH2和PCNA表达,并分析其差异。结果肿瘤组织与正常组织中hMLH1的阴性表达率分别为19.39%与0%,hMSH2的阴性表达率分别为13.27%与0%,前者均高于后者,均有统计学意义(P<0.05),hMLH1、hMSH2的表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期无关;PCNA在胃癌中的表达明显高于正常胃组织,有统计学意义(P<0.05),PCNA表达与胃癌的TNM分期正相关,与分化程度、淋巴结转移无关。结论错配修复酶hMLH1、hMSH2在胃癌组织中部分表达缺失,hMLH1、hMSH2可能参与了胃癌的发生;PCNA在胃癌中的表达明显增高。
