The importance of safety information in safe management of mines is described. Comparing traditional safety information management modes to modern ones, in accordance with some noncoal mines developed information management software on mine safety. This software consists of information import, inquiry statistics, data report form, data dictionary, and so on, which meets the demands of mine safety information.
