一个企业在日趋激烈的市场竞争中要想实现可持续发展,如果不能有效防范财务风险是不可想象的。文章针对企业面临的主要财务风险从其成因和规避两方面进行探讨,以供企业的管理者在做出筹资、投资、并购等重大决策时参考。
