摘要 在50%矿渣掺量的基础上,就膨胀剂 UEA掺量对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响进行了试验研究.结果表明:掺入膨胀剂能有效降低混凝土抗氯离子渗透试验中的初始电流、最大电流增量和氯离子迁移电量.因此,掺加膨胀剂是一种提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力的有效措施. Effect of expansion agent content on the chloride-penetration resistance of concrete containing 50% slag in its binder material for ocean construction was studied according to ASTM C 1202. Results indicate that with adding 5%, 10% and 15% of expansion agent, compressive strength fluctuates a little with mw/mb being 0.30, but the strength decreases by less than 10% with mw/mb being 0.50. The concrete expansion is increased with amount of expansion agent increasing and its expansion is stable within ages of 14-28 d. Chlorine anion mobility is decreased with use level of expansion agent increasing. For example, the quantity of concrete with 10% expansion agent and 50% slag in its binder material was less by 50% than that with only 50% slag. So, the addition of expansion agent is an effective method to enhance chloride-penetration resistance.
