摘要
对两种融合表达的药物蛋白尝试了固相柱上酶切的方法,即Trx-r-PA、GST-IL-11融合蛋白分别在ETI-SepharoseFF、GST-Agarose亲和柱上酶切,酶切效率均高于液相酶切法。
A tentative solid-phase method was used to cleave two kinds of fusion proteins on affinity column.Trx-r-PA was cleaved on ETI-Sepharose FF affinity column, while GST-IL-11 on GST-Agarose. Efficiencies of cleavage inboth cases were higher than those by liquid-phase dilution method.
