摘要
目前,农村资金市场大量资金外流,农民贷款难的问题已引起各方关注。导致农村资金外流的一个重要因素是农村资金市场存在不公平竞争。加快贫困地区农村资金市场发展,让农民、农业和农村经济发展获得持续稳定的金融服务,首先要理顺扭曲的农村资金市场,为市场主体营造公平竞争的良好环境。
Currently, there is a huge outflow of funds from rural capital and farmers' difficulty in getting loans has attracted public attention. An important factor leading to the outflow is the existence of unfair competition. In order to step up the development of rural capital market in poverty-stricken areas and enable farmers, agriculture and rural economic development to acquire sustained and stable financial services, it is paramount to rationalize distorted rural capital market and build a fair-play environment for market entities.
