摘要
以休闲经济时代为背景,采用文献资料法,逻辑分析法着重探讨了休闲体育活动在休闲内容体系中的地位、作用及效益,从而揭示出休闲经济时代休闲体育的价值,以便充分开发休闲体育的功能,发挥休闲体育的作用。
In the near future to the 21st century, humans will go to the leisure economy times. Based on the background of leisure economy times, by the research method of documentation, the position, functions and values of the leisure sports in the system of leisure activities were discussed, in result, the value of leisure sport was revealed. By doing so, the functions of leisure sports can be exploited better, the functions of leisure sport can be exploited in order to urge the development of the individuals and the society.
