摘要
农作物种子的质量检验对有效控制种子质量以提高产品产量和质量、贯彻优质与优价政策、保证种子贮藏运输的安全及种子产业化进程的作用举足轻重。为此,从形态学方法、生理生化方法和快速测定方法、DNA分子标记技术检验法和计算机视觉技术5个方面,介绍了国内外水稻种子纯度的一些常规鉴定方法,并对今后的进一步研究指出了方向。
The quality examination of agricultural plant seed play a important role to control seed quality effectively,enhance crop productivity and quality,adhere consistently the policies of good quality and price,ensure the safety of seed storage and transportation and seed industrial process.The study introduces some domestic and foreign conventional methods of ripe seeds purity appraisal,such as morphological method,physiological and biochemical method,quick measurement,hallmark detection by DNA molecule and computer vision.
