摘要
目的 观察原发性高血压(EH )病人血清白细胞介素- 1 β(IL - 1 β)、白细胞介素- 4(IL - 4)、白细胞介素- 6 (IL - 6 )和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF -α)浓度与高血压病的关系及厄贝沙坦对其的影响。方法 用放免法检测6 0例高血压病病人(EH组)及2 8名健康体检者(对照组)血清IL - 1 β、IL - 4、IL - 6和TNF -α浓度。高血压组服用厄贝沙坦3月后重复上述检查。结果 EH组血清IL - 1 β、IL - 4、IL - 6和TNF -α浓度高于对照组(P <0 .0 1 )。采用厄贝沙坦治疗后血清IL - 1 β、IL - 4、IL - 6和TNF -α浓度显著下降(P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论 白细胞介素和肿瘤坏死因子与EH的发生发展有关,厄贝沙坦治疗可降低病人血清白细胞介素和肿瘤坏死因子水平。
Objective To demonstrate the relations between the serum concentrations of interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumornecrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and essential hypertention (EH) and the effect of irbesartan on patients with essential hypertention.Methods 78 subjects were selected into the study,including 18 healthy subjects(control group)and 60 patients with essential hyperension(EH group) which received irbesartan therapy for 3 months.Serum concentrations of IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α were measured with radioimmunoassay before and after therapy.Results ①The serum IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α were higher in EH group than those of control group(P<0.01).②After irbesartan therapy, the levels of serum IL-1β,IL-4, IL-6 and TNF-αhad a significant decrease (P<0.05). Conclusion These findings suggested that IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α could play an important role in the pathophysiologic changes of EH.Irbesartan therapy was effective in decreasing the levels of serum IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α.
