摘要
介绍了MCS-51单片机在基于图像识别的填涂卡阅读机控制系统中的应用情况。以单片机为核心组成控制系统,实现对阅读机的送纸机构、传送机构和摄像机位置调整机构的驱动电机的控制,从而实现填涂卡的搓送、传送、摄像、分离等功能。并详细说明了控制系统软硬件的实现方法。
The application of MCS-51 single chip microcomputer in the controlling system of OMR based on image recognition was introduced.With the single chip microcomputer as the main component of the controlling system,the control of the motor of paper advance mechanism,delivery mechanism and the position adjustment mechanism was realized,and the follow function,such as paper advance,delivery,separate of optical mark card was also realized.The realization method was discussed for the software and hardware of controlling system.
