摘要
我国现行对农村土地征收的具体做法有悖于社会公正原则。为了保护农民的合理利益 ,国家应清楚地确定公共利益的内涵 ,以公平的市场价格与农民进行交易 ,并成立征收委员会 ,在程序上保证农民合理。
The concrete method of the expropriation of rural soil in our country is contrary to social equity. In order to protect peasants' rational interests, the country should clearly confirm the connotation of public interests, deal with peasants at fair market price, and establish expropriation committee to guarantee the realization of rational and legal right of peasants in the procedure.
