大学文化建设是中国先进文化建设的重要组成部分,是推动先进生产力发展的重要因素,也是实现广大师生员工利益的重要方面。搞好大学文化建设,对于全面贯彻党的教育方针,培养良好校风,优化育人环境,提高广大师生员工的思想道德水平和科学文化素质,促进学校的发展和社会的进步,具有重要意义。
