摘要
邢台钢铁厂复二重轧机技术改造工程主厂房钢屋盖,利用厂房天车的桁架搭设网架安装滑移平台,采用悬臂累积法进行螺栓球钢管网架安装工艺,在空间上创造了上下两个工作面,缩短了工期,节省了大量脚手架,降低施工成本,创造了可观的经济效益。
In the steel roof construction of the main plant of heavy double-rolling technical renovation project of Xingtai Steel Works, the truss of the overhead traveling crane in the plant is utilized for building a sliding grid platform, and cantilever accumulation method is adopted for the erection of the steel pipe grid with bolt balls. This technology can create two working faces in space, shorten construction period, save lots of scaffolds and reduce construction costs, creating remarkable economical benefits.
