摘要
本文总结多年的试验研究结果,提出了一套较为完善的转基因烟草定性检测技术,应用该技术,能使转基因烟草的检测精确度由常规PCR的0 . 1%提高到0 . 0 0 5 %。该技术在两次CORESTA转基因烟草盲检合作试验及多年的进出口烟叶、卷烟制品的转基因检测工作中得到广泛的验证。
The technique of qualitative determination of GM tobacco was established after several years of researche. With the methods, the accuracy of GM tobacco determination was increased to 0.005% compared with 0.1% of normal PCR. This technique has been verified by two rounds of CORESTA GM tobacco ring trials and has been used in GM tobacco determination works.
