摘要
热量传递是机械结构在工作中常遇见的问题,利用有限元法对结构进行热应力分析,将有效预估结构在热载荷作用下的机械性能,以优化结构设计.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,以某空间相机镜筒为例,分析了在一定温度载荷作用下其温度场及应力分布,给出了相应的计算结果.
Heat transfer is frequently met during structure working period. Structure can be thermal stress analysis using FEM, and the results which thermal load affect will be used to estimate machinery property of structure in order to optimize structure design effectively. The thermal stress analysis about microscope tubes of space camera with FEA codes ANSYS is shown as an example to analyze thermal stress distribution when some thermal load affect, and the calculating results are given.
