摘要 基于反转录转座子的REMAP和IRAP技术自1999年由Kalendar等发展起来后,在系统发生学及生物进化学等研究领域起着重要作用。笔者对REMAP及IRAP技术的原理、应用等方面进行了综述。 IRAP (Inter-Retrotransposon Amplified Polymorphism) and REMAP (Retrotransposon-Microsatellite Amplified Polymorphism) developed by Kalendar, et al. in 1999 were on the basis of retrotransposon and had played significant role in phylogenetic research, gene map, and varietal identification, etc. In the present paper, technological mechanism and the application of REMAP and IRAP were briefly reviewed.
