摘要
在25.4℃下熏采用NXE蛳1B型锥板粘度计由高到低测定了草鱼、鳗鲡和乌鳢在7个切变率下的全血粘度值,并通过粘度公式、卡松方程和线性回归的方法求出3种鱼的红细胞聚集指数、卡松屈服应力和卡松粘度。结果发现:3种鱼的全血粘度基本上都是随切变率的升高而减小;在6个切变率下,鳗鲡的全血粘度值最高,其次是乌鳢,而草鱼的全血粘度值最低。红细胞聚集指数:草鱼>鳗鲡>乌鳢;卡松屈服应力:鳗鲡>草鱼>乌鳢;卡松粘度:鳗鲡>乌鳢>草鱼。
Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Anguilla japonica Temminck et Schlegel and Ophiocephalus argus Cantor respectively belong to the different families and genuses.The whole blood viscosity values of three kinds of fishes were tested with the cone and plate viscomeler of NXE-1B type under seven shear rates,and the measurement was done from high shear rates to low one at 25.4 ℃.Erythrocyte aggregation index,Casson yield stress and Casson viscosity of blood among them were got. The results indicated that:the whole blood viscosity of three kinds of fishes declined with the increasing of shear rates;under six shear rates Anguilla japonica Temminck et Schlegel of the whole blood viscosity was the highest;Ophiocephalus argus Cantor was the second and Ctenopharyngodon idellus was the lowest.The order of erythrocyte aggregation index was: Ctenopharyngodon idellus> Anguilla japonica Temminck et Schlegel> Ophiocephalus argus Cantor.The order of Casson yield stress was: Anguilla japonica Temminck et Schlegel>Ctenopharyngodon idellus> Ophiocephalus argus Cantor.The order of Casson viscosity was:Anguilla japonica Temminck et Schlegel> Ophiocephalus argus Cantor >Ctenopharyngodon idellus.
