摘要
本文探讨了具有低 Q_m、高各向异、高居里温度、能制成大尺寸的改性 PbNb_2O_(?)压电陶瓷的电参数及力学参数的测量和计算方法。藉助于导纳圆、电容圆、差分变压器及矢量分解等方法对这类低 Q_m 压电陶瓷的(?)、k_p、Q_m、σ及 T_c 进行了测量。给出了该类材料的 k_(?)≈0.36、k_p=0.06~0.08、Q_m≈10、0,13≤σ≤0,16、T_c≈550℃等参数。
A method for the measurement and calculation of electric and mechanical para-meters of modified PbNb_2O_(?) piezoelectric ceramics with low Q_m' high anisotropyand high Curie temperature properties is presented.By means of admittance circle,capacitance circle,differential transformer and vector resolver methods,etc,wehave measured k_i,k(?) Q(?),σ and T_c for low Q_m piezoelectric ceramics.Thosepiezoelectric parameters measured are:k_i≈0.36;k_p=0.06~0.08;Q_m≈10;0.13≤σ≤0.16;T(?)≈550℃.
