摘要
本文利用Plackett-Burman设计筛选出培养基中影响植酸酶高产菌Px产酶的重要因素,然后利用正交试验加以优化。结果表明,植酸酶高产菌株Px的最适培养基组成为:蛋白胨0.2%、葡萄糖3%、MgSO·47H2O0.05%、MnSO·47H2O0.003%、FeSO4·7H2O0.003%、植酸钠0.15%、硫酸铵0.3%、氯化钾0.1%、pH值为5.5。
The important factors in culture medium compositions of Asperigillus Px with high yield of phytase were screened by Plackett-Burman design.Then these important factors were optimized by the orthogonal test.The results showed that the best culture medium compositions of Asperigillus Px with high yield of phytase were peptone 0.2 %,glucose 3 %,MgSO4·7H2O 0.05 %,MnSO4·7H2O 0.003 %,FeSO4·7H2O 0.003 %,phytic sodium 0.15 %,(NH4)2SO4 0.3 %,KCl 0.1 %,pH value 5.5.
