中国贵州茅台酒是世界三大蒸馏名酒之一,为中国最早的4个名白酒之冠,蝉联5届中国名白酒,是中华民族的宝贵遗产。茅台酒能长盛不衰,应该说得益于科技的介入和技术进步的促进。茅台酒把传统与科技结合起来,从而提升了自身,也促进了行业的技术进步;为白酒的香型区分和分香型评比做了奠基和原始启动;最早探索实践和提出白酒勾兑的基本概念;不断探索研究饮用白酒与身体健康的关系,并提出了适量饮用有益健康的论点。(小雨)
Maotai Liquor is famous for its unparalleled glory: one of the three most famous distilling liquor products in the world, the champion of the earliest four liquor products in China, national treasures and it once continued to hold the title of China Famous Liquor for five times. The time-proof great reputation of Maotai Liquor should partly attribute to the intervention of scientific measures and the advancement of technology. The integration of traditional techniques and modern science has not only promoted Maotai Liquor quality but also advanced the development of the whole liquor-making industry. Besides, Maotai Group has laid a solid foundation for the classification and the judgment of liquor flavor types.
