摘要
目的 观察冠状动脉(冠脉)内支架置入术后血清白细胞介素6 (IL -6 )与白细胞介素1 0(IL -1 0 )水平的变化及临床意义。方法 选冠脉内支架置入术的患者30例,取支架置入前和术后2 4h股动脉血,做血清IL- 6 ,IL- 1 0检测,并观察术后并发症及再狭窄的发生。结果 支架置入术后2 4h血清IL- 6显著增高( 2 1 4 . 6±1 1 8 .0ng Lvs 1 75. 8±81 .8ng L ,P <0 .0 5) ;而IL -1 0较术前稍有下降,但P >0 0 5;术后IL -6 IL -1 0比值较术前显著升高( 3. 2±1 .9vs 2 .3±1 .0 ,P <0 .0 5)。发生再狭窄者较未发生再狭窄者术后血清IL 6显著增高( 30 2 . 0±1 56 . 8ng Lvs 1 92 .7±98 .6ng L ,P <0 . 0 5) ,IL -6 IL -1 0比值也明显增大( 5 .4±2 .0vs 2 . 7±1. 5,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 冠脉内支架置入后引起血清IL 6和血清IL -6 IL -1 0比值显著增加,IL -6及IL- 6 IL- 1 0比值增加可能在支架术后再狭窄发生过程中发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of the serum level of IL-6 and IL-10 as well as their significance after coronary artery stent implantation. Methods The study involved 30 patients who underwent coronary artery stent implantation. Blood stamples were taken from the femoral arteries before and 24h after successful coronary stenting. Serum concentration of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) were measured and complications as well as the occurance of restenosis were observed after the procedure. Results The concentration of IL-6 in femoral aterial blood was significantly higher after 24 hours of stent-implantation (214.6±118.0 ng/L vs 175.8±81.8 ng/L, P <0.05). IL-10 level was slightly decreased after 24 h, P >0.05, and the ratio of IL-6/IL-10 increased (3.2±1.9 vs 2.3±1.0, P <0.05). In patients with restenosis the concentration of IL-6 raised more tramandously (302.0±156.8 ng/L vs 192.7±98.6 ng/L, P <0.05) and the ratio of IL-6/IL-10 is much righer (5.4±2.0 vs 2.7±1.5, P <0.01) than patients without restenosis. Conclusion Stent-implantation induces increase in serum concentration of IL-6 and the IL-6/IL-10 ratio. The increase of serum IL-6 and the IL-6/IL-10 ratio may play an important role in the incidence of complication and restenosis after coronary stent implantation.
