摘要 急性缺血性脑卒中因缺乏有效的治疗方法而成为近年来医学研究的热点。经动脉内药物溶栓和机械装置除栓等介入治疗方法的研究是当今较活跃的领域。就动脉内溶栓治疗及有关方面的进展予以综述。
