摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的建立,高校自主权的扩大,高校的理财范围及对象也发生了巨大变化,财务管理工作由核算型向管理型转变。如何加强高校的财务管理工作是目前许多高校必须解决的重要课题。
In our country, with the setting - up and development of the socialist market economy, the enlargement of the university's autonomy, the financing range and target of a university have changed enormously. The financial management is changed from the checking and calculating type to the management type. How to strengthen the work of financial management is at present the important problem that a university must settle.
