摘要
血浆可溶性选择素可反映体内血管内皮和血小板的功能状态,间接反映体内血管炎症及免疫状态。而炎症与免疫可能是导致斑块不稳定的主要因素。观察及干预选择素可能对急性冠脉综合征的预测和防治有帮助。本文就选择素与急性冠脉综合征的关系作一综述。
Plasma soluble selectin may reflect the functional status of vascular endothelium and platelet,and reflect the vascular inflammation and immune status indirectly.The inflammation and immunity may be the main factors which lead to unstable plaque.Observing and interventing plasma soluble selectin may be assistant to the prediction and prevention and curing of acute coronary syndromes.We summarize the association between plasma soluble selectin and acute coronary syndromes in this article. flammati
