摘要
民间金融广泛存在于发达国家和发展中国家,中国近三千年的封建历史,造就了小农经济和民间信贷共生发展。新中国成立后,农村民间金融的发展一波三折。如何看待民间金融与现代农村经济发展的关系、民间金融在农村经济发展中的绩效、现阶段农村资金供求的变化以及如何制订规范发展农村民间金融的策略,都是本文着重探讨的内容。
Nongovernmental finance is popular in both developed countries and developing ones. The feudal history of China for nearly three thousand year has brought up the growth of both small-peasant e-conomy and civilian credit mutually. Since new China setting up, the development of the rural nongovernmental finance has been being tortuous. In this paper, the focus is on the rural nongovernmental finance, including how to treat the relationship between the nongovernmental finance and the modern rural development, the performance of civilian finance in the rural economic progress, the change of the rural fund of both supply and demand and how to draw up the strategy of development rural nongovernmental finance.
