摘要
党员大学生先进性教育是中央在新世纪开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动的重要组成部分。对高职党员大学生先进性教育的必要性、主要内容以及如何进行先进性教育和先进性教育应注意的问题进行了探讨。高职院校要开展学生党员先进性教育活动 ,必须分析当前学生党员自身和学生党员培养教育中存在的问题 ;结合实际 ,以"三个代表"重要思想作为教育的主要内容 ;创新教育工作机制、工作体系 ,加强师资队伍建设是保证 ;紧紧与党支部建设、学生管理、学生成才、解决实际问题相结合才能取得实效。
The education to keep the advancement of university student Party members is the main component of the education to keep the advancement of Party members in the new century carried out by the Central Party Committee of CPC. The author of this paper explores into the necessity and major contents to keep the advancement of university student Party members. Meanwhile, the author also discusses how to carry out this educational program and some key issues that deserve our attention. To carry out this educational program among students in senior vocational universities, we must analyze the issues found both among university student Party members and in the educational program itself. The author points out that we must conduct the work summarized as below before we can acquire practical results in this educational program. Firstly, we must start from reality and take the important thoughts of 'Three Represents' as the major content. Secondly, we should innovate on educational mechanism and system and strengthen faculty building. Finally, we should combine this special educational program with the construction of the Party branch, the student management, student achievement and the solution to practical problems.
