摘要
目的观察笑气用于人工流产手术的镇痛效果。方法选择宫内孕40～67d的要求无痛人工流产的患者作为观察组(52例),选择同期类似的人工流产患者为对照组(20例),观察组在行人工流产前给予笑气吸入,对照组常规人工流产。并记录各种观察数据。结果观察组较对照组有显著的镇痛效果(P<0.01),人流时间明显低于对照组(P<0.01),宫颈口较松弛(P<0.05),无明显副反应。结论笑气用于人工流产可明显减少疼痛等副反应,使手术时间缩短,无明显不良反应,是人工流产镇痛的理想药物,值得推广应用。
objective To study the relief pain efficiency of induced abortion using nitrous oxide .Methods 52 patients of interurterine pregnancy 40～67 days who required to take painless induced abortion were the study group and 20 patients were the control group who were taken common abortion.The study group was given nitrous oxide before abortion and the control group no any preoperative analgesia. The analgesic time,the operative time, the quantity of surgical hemorrhage,the dilatation of cervix and the intra- and postoperative side effects were recorded too .Results The analgesic effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01), the former has shorter operative time and relaxer cervix than the later significantly(P<0.01, P<0.05),the quantity of surgical hemorrhage and others was no difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Analgesic induced abortion with nitrous oxide is 100% painless, there is no side-effects on patients which is effective and worthy of popularzingin clinic.
