摘要
可持续发展研究可分为三个层次:理论研究、应用方法研究和实证研究。区域可持续发展评价方法作为应用方法研究的重要领域,可持续发展本身具有的复杂性、跨学科性等属性决定了可持续发展评价方法研究是一项极为困难的工作。文章对近年来在可持续发展评价研究中指标筛选、权重确定、定量化和综合评价的方法、模型进行了总结分析,并指出新方法、新模型的探索,原有方法的总结对比、对于完善可持续发展评价理论是必要的,而新方法的探索只有在方法论的指导下,才能避免研究的盲目性和危险性。
The research of sustainable development can be divided into three levels: theory, applied methods research and positive research. The assessment methods of sustainable development is an important field of applied methods research. Those attributes of sustainable development——complicacy and cross multi-principles——decide the study on assessment methods is a difficult task. This present paper makes a review and analysis on the assessment methods of sustainable development in recent years, and point out that it is necessary to explore new evaluation methods and summarize the olds for perfecting the theory of sustainable development, but all the new methods and models can avoid blindness and danger only under the guidance of methodology.
