摘要
根据当代经济社会和时代对人才的要求,大学思想政治教育必须确保大学生各方面能力的自由拓展,培养他们的自由个性,推动其社会化转型。为此,大学教育须创造有利于大学生自由发展型学习的条件,建立有利于学生自由发展型学习的有效机制,加强大学生的行为规范和价值观教育,实行“灵魂疏导”,塑造其完善独立的人格,有效促使大学生发展成为“社会人”。
According to the need for talents from contemporary economical society and times, university thought political education should satisfy the free development in abilities of university students themselves, cultivate free personalities of university students,promote their socialize transformation.Therefore, university education should create conditions that facilitate free development study of university students,found efficient mechanism that benefits students’free development study,conduct education on behavior norm and value view of university students,practice “soul dredge” and moral education,shape their perfectly independent personalities,effectively promote university students to develop into “socialize persons”.
