摘要
介绍了风险管理的基本概念及其具体的分析过程,针对某海洋石油工程项目的采办过程,建立采办风险管理模型,运用模糊评价法,事故树法及风险指数分析法对其进行评估,并根据结果提出了相应的建议及改进措施,将风险控制在决策者预定的界限之内,实现了以最小成本获得最大安全保障。
The risk management model of procurement is set up.The methods such as illegibility evaluation,fault tree analysis and analysis for the deadliness of risk exponents are put into effect in the risk management of procurement for a practical project in ocean engineering.Some suggestions for improvement are made in order to confine the relative risk to the acceptable level and gain the most safety insurance at the lowest cost.
