摘要
介绍了一套新型的隔板式内循环气化炉的设计和运行情况。详尽说明了内循环气化炉中几个特征尺寸,如布风板的面积、隔板的高度和自由层高度的确定方法。针对2种不同原料(木屑和稻壳)的运行风量和床内温度调节特性,结合生物质灰的熔融特性,经过大量试验,得到如下结论:燃用木粉时,控制砂床温度低于950℃,可以有效防止炉内结焦;燃用稻壳时,控制砂床温度在1000℃下,可以有效防止炉内结焦。
The design and operation of a new clapboard-type inner circulation gasifier was introduced in this paper.We introduce how to design the characteristic dimension in this paper. Timber-type fuel and rice husk can be used as fuel. The fluidized velocities are different when the fuel is different. The ash fusion characteristics are indicated in this paper. It is a effective means to avoid slag by controlling the temperature of sand bed under 950 ℃ with timber-type fuel as feedstock and the temperature of sand bed can be 1 000 ℃ without slag problem when we use rice husk as feedstock.(3.
