本文报告了因臀肌麻痹所致的髓关节不稳，包括髋臼发育不良，髋关节半脱位的治疗方法的选择，作者提出了按病理改变程度的分类标准及按此分类方法选择手术方式的原则；
Abstract
A series of surgical procedures fortreatment of unstable hip joint due to paral-ysis of hip,and the
indications were report-ed.The serial procedures can promote theaffected hips stable at static and
dynamicstates,and the course of treatment wasshortened.It is feasible for the bony proce-dures
being performed with the muscularprocedtires simultaneusly.
