摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱法测定蒙药森凳西汤中栀子苷含量的方法。采用Kromasil-C18柱;以乙腈-水(15:85)为流动相;流速为0.8ml·min-1;检测波长为238nm。线性范围:10.36-51.80μg·ml-1(γ2=0.9997)。平均回收率为:97.64%,RSD为:1.49%(n=5)。方法简便、快速、准确。
An RP - HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Sengdengsiwei soup was established. A Kromasil C18 column was used with acetonitrile -water (15: 85) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0. 8ml·min-1 and detecting wavelength was 238nm. The linear range was 10.36-51.80μg·ml-1 (r2 =0.9997) and average recovery was 97. 64% , RSD=1. 49% (n=5 ). The method was simple, fast and accurate.
