摘要
以27m直径的内浮顶油罐内浮顶为例,对选用碳钢、不锈钢、铝合金三种材料从耗材、性能和投资方面进行了比较,认为从材料选取上,以铝制内浮顶最为合理,在结构形式上,采用蜘蛛网状的结构较为理想,并阐述了大直径内浮顶在设计和使用时应注意的事项。
Selection of large diameter inner floating roof is illustrated with example of 27m (diameter) floating roof. Through comparison of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy from aspects of consumption, property and investment, aluminum alloy is the ideal material. Spidery structure is preferred. Points for attention for design and use are presented.
