摘要
对日软件外包项目中,有一类特殊的项目,它只承包开发流程中下游部分的工作,如详细设计、编码和单体测试等,且工作任务按照“几本程序”来划分和计量。承包商一般是按照“本”来接收用户需求,并按“本”开发和交付产品。这类项目的生产方式完全不同于常用的瀑布模型,所以管理方式也有其自身特点,文章将其命名为“批量加工模型”,并总结了这类项目的一些管理特点。
There is a kind of special project in offshore software development to Japan. These projects take only the middle and backward tasks of whole developing procedure, for example, detail design, coding and unit test. And these tasks are divided and measured by piece ('本' in Japanese). The prime contractor in Japan distributes needs of the end user to subcontractors in China by a set of pieces, and subcontractors submit product by a set of pieces. Developing method of the kind of projects is not same as one in Waterfall process model which is used usually. Therefore, management method is different too. I named the process of this kind of project is òdeveloping by a set of piecesó model, and summary some management characteristics in this paper.
