摘要
针对氯乙酸生产过程中氯化和结晶工序的特点及控制系统的要求,选择A-B公司的ControlLo系统构成过程控制系统,系统通过现场总线网形成由过程控制级和监督管理级构成的二级分层体系结在氯化工序中采用由釜内温度、夹套循环水温度和氯气流量构成的前馈-串级复合控制;结晶工序中采预热水温度的自适应Smith预估补偿控制。针对氯乙酸生产过程中氯化和结晶工序的特点及控制系统的要求,选择A-B公司的ControlLo系统构成过程控制系统,系统通过现场总线网形成由过程控制级和监督管理级构成的二级分层体系结在氯化工序中采用由釜内温度、夹套循环水温度和氯气流量构成的前馈-串级复合控制;结晶工序中采预热水温度的自适应Smith预估补偿控制。
According to the characteristics of chlorating-procedure and crystalling-procedure and the requirement of the control system during the process of chloroactic acid mass-producing, ControlLogix integrated control system of A-B Corporation is chosen to form the process control system. The system adopts the structure of process control class and Supervise management class based on Fieldbus-net. The feedforward-cascade control algorithm of chlorating-aldron inner temperature and circulating-water's temperature in chlorating-procedure and the self-adaptive Smith predictive control algorithm of the warm-up water's temperature in crystalling-procedure are adopted.
