摘要
苯芴醇1600mg与青蒿琥酯400mg3d分服治疗抗药性恶性疟56例,退热时间33.3±14.5h,原虫无性体转阴时间34.1±9.7h,28d根治率100%,无明显不良反应,对配子体形成和原虫孢子增殖有一定抑制效果,疗程和剂量均低于单方组,疗效也较单方组为优,是治疗抗药性恶性疟的适宜方案。
Fifty-six patients suffering from drug-resistant falciparum malaria were treat-ed with 1600 mg benflumetolum and 400 mg artesunate for 3 days. As a result, fever subsidencetime was 33.3、14.5h,asexual parasite clearance time 43.1、9.7 h and radical cure rate was100%during a 28-day-follow-up.No side effect was observed. This treatment can inhabitgametocytogenesis and sporogony to some extent.The course of this treatment was shorter thanthat of single benflumetolam.Its dosage was less than that of the latter one and its efficacy wasmuch higher.It is a suitable method for treating the drug resistant falciparum malaria.
