摘要
运用免疫组化定位法及组织化学分析法对旋毛虫幼虫虫体抗原及相应部位化学成分进行了研究。旋毛虫幼虫抗原活性物质被定位于幼虫角皮层、杆状体细胞、咽管和肠道内。幼虫囊包液亦显示了较强的抗原活性。组织化学分析表明,抗原相应部位具有较强的碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、乙酰胆碱醋酶等酶活性,并富含蛋白质、糖原及PAS阳性物质和一定程度的中性脂肪。DNA主要存在于生殖原基和肠细胞核;RNA在多种细胞内可以查见。
Using immunohistochemical method,the antigens of Trichinella spiralis larvawere shown to be mainly located in the cuticle,stichosomes,esophagus,pharynx and intestinalwall. Histochemical analysis showed that at sites corresponding to antigen positions the activitiesof some kinds of enzymes such as AKP,ACP and AChE were demonstrated strongly. DNA exist-ed mostly in germinal rudiments and nuclei of the intestine,RNA could be seen in various cells.
