摘要
目的 应用彩色多谱勒成像(CDI)技术,观测慢性青光眼术后眼压已正常者使用银杏叶片后血流动力学的变化。方法 对5 0例(89眼)慢性青光眼抗青光眼术后眼压已正常患者使用银杏叶片和安慰剂3月,用彩色多谱勒超声检查仪测定其眼动脉,视网膜中央动脉和睫状后短动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV) ,舒张末期血流速度(EDV) ,阻力指数(RI)的变化。结果 使用银杏叶片3月后,PSV ,EDV明显增加,RI明显降低。结论 在治疗青光眼降低眼压的同时,使用银杏叶片类的药物可为青光眼视功能的恢复提供新的治疗途径。
Objective To investigate the change of ocular he modynamics in patients with chronic glaucoma who received GBE after trabeculect o my with color doppler imaging (CDI). Methods 89 eyes of 50 case s with chronic glaucoma whose IOP was controlled after operation rece ived GBE for three months,PSV and EDV and RI of the ophthalmic artery (OA),centr al retinal artery (CRA),short posterior ciliary artery (SPCA) were observed with CDI. Results PSV and EDV significantly increased and RI signif icantly decreased. Conclusion The application of GBE may be an useful approach to treatment of chronic glaucoma.
